Need to make a change or cancel your order?
Once an order begins processing at our warehouse, no order changes or cancellations can be made. But we usually can edit or cancel the order if you contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order. If that's the case, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].
Most orders (unless items are preordered) are shipped within 24 business hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
Please note: The tracking link will be emailed to you once your package has been sent out.
We do offer free 30-day returns, so once they arrive, you can start an exchange request here. You will need your order number and your email address, then follow the prompts. Once we get your order back, we will process the exchange or refund.
Alternatively, purchase the correct item now and return the original for a refund. That way, you'll have the right pair of Merry's on your feet sooner.
Need to change the delivery address?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. From there, you can request a redirect to a different address if needed.
