How long does it take the warehouse to pack my order?Updated a year ago

We aim to pack and dispatch online orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. 

Please note: During peak periods, dispatch times may be longer. While we do our best to have your order packed and delivered within the estimated shipping timelines, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe. Please note we ship out of Basildon. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Royal Mail Next Day.
