When can I expect my exchange order?Updated a year ago

Once the tracking indicates that your exchange has arrived at the warehouse, our system will automatically notify you of this via email. From here, your exchange order will automatically be created.

If for any reason you did not use the UPS label provided, you will need to wait for our team to manual process your exchange. Please note this could take anywhere from 1-3 business days to receive your order back to the warehouse. For more information around shipping timelines see here.

Please note: During peak periods, processing and dispatch times may be longer. While we do our best to have your exchange processed, packed and delivered within the estimated shipping timelines, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe.
