Submitting and Preparing Your Return or ExchangeUpdated 2 months ago

We want you to love your purchase. If it's not the right fit or you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know. We offer exchanges or full refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without sole wear or creases.
  • Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: we will extend the return period during the holiday season to 90 days (until the end of January).

If you are in a time crunch to receive your exchange size, we recommend you purchase the size you need and return the original pair for a refund rather than doing an exchange.

Preparing your return:

  • Ensure the shoe box is inside a satchel, carton or wrapped up
  • Please don’t send the shoe box back by itself (i.e. with postage stickers or writing on the shoe box).
  • Put the white card inserts back inside the shoe openings, make sure the tissue paper is still inside the box and include the thank you / care card inside the box
  • The product must be in its original and new condition

Shipping Instructions:

1. Use the QR code provided on your screen; there's no need to print anything unless you prefer to.

2. Pack the return order securely in a mailer satchel or shipping box. You can reuse the bag your order arrived in or another box. Please don't affix labels directly to the original boot box.

  • Be kind to the planet: we recycle and reuse boxes where possible, so please don't send back any shoe boxes that are covered in tape/labels.

3. Take your parcel to any Royal Mail drop-off location. You'll see a link to find your nearest drop-off point right next to your QR code.

4. Royal Mail will scan your QR code and take care of the rest.

5. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and again when your exchange or refund is processed.

Please note: During busy periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. While we aim to send your exchange within the estimated timeframe, delays with couriers can occur and are outside our control. We work closely with them to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


What if I Don't Have a Printer?
No problem, our return labels include a QR code that you can scan at your local Royal Mail Post Office, and they’ll print the label for you. 


Can I Make Changes To My Return Request?
We are a small team here at Merry People. To make the return process easy for all parties, many of our systems are automated. Reach out to the team at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your return alteration.
