2nd Return for Refund - Zero Dollar
In the instance that you are requesting a refund for an exchange that wasn't quite right, you may have noticed the portal is showing a $0.00 refund. Please note we will process a full refund once your return is received. The amount will show as $0 because your original order was used as credit in the exchange.
You can start a return request here - https://merrypeople.returnscenter.com. You will need your order number and your email address, then follow the prompts. Once we get your order back we will process the refund.
I want to exchange for a different colour, but I don't have this option in the Returns Portal:
If you have received your boots and the colour isn’t quite what you expected, and the portal only allows you to change the size, we recommend returning them for a refund and purchasing the desired colour.
My return request has been rejected:
If you have submitted a return request and changed your shipping address or submitted a warranty claim through the Returns Portal, your request will be auto-rejected. Please note a member of our team will be in touch soon to manually process your request.
I don't have a printer:
